Method

During the introductory meeting we discuss your request for help and wishes, and we discuss whether this fits in with what I can offer your child in terms of guidance. If that is the case, we will make an appointment for an intake interview for your child. In the intake interview we will discuss what the parents and the child want to achieve.

The coaching sessions use scientifically researched techniques and working methods. The sessions consist of a combination of solution-oriented therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoeducation and positive psychology. In children, creative work forms are added to this, such as drawing, moving and role-playing.

After a number of coaching sessions, an evaluation meeting follows, in which we discuss how things are going and what may still be needed.

The appointments will take place in the practice room at Roebroekweg 12 in Heerlen.
